Replacing steering wheel on a 2003 Fiesta Vee 250

Hello there from the Bronx, NY.  I just purchased a 2003 Fiesta Vee 250 and looks like I'll need to replace the steering wheel.  Has anyone done this in this forum?  I have searched high and low for videos and or instructions and have not been able to find anything.  Please help.
