12 Cigarette plugs not working

I have a 2009 Captiva 228 DB. It has two 12v cigarette type aux plugs, neither has power. The owners manual is no help. I have tried the following;

Key in aux pos. - no

Key in on pos.- no

Key on boat running - no

Any one know of what else to check? All of the circuit breakers are good so I need some ideas. Thanks

Get out your multimeter and trace trace trace. The one on my helm quit once and it was ground related.

That was my next step if someone didnt know of an easy/common solution. Thanks

The two reasons are usually ground or fuse. Are you sure about the fuses? The meter will give you the answer right away.MT

Or if I remember correctly, might they be switched? Check all your toggle switches, there might be one for those 12v receptacles.
