Top side soft spot

so this is my second season with the boat and towards the end of last season I discovered some movement when walking around front hatch window
mainly port side only
star has no movement
no stains or leaks and everything else seems solid
when I do the tap test it does sound hallow compare to the star side.
when I push from the inside it's solid but same noise.
strange and I do weight 230 lol
mayne it's just me or it was built like that
rest if the boat is rock solid

Oh I did have like 6 people on that dang bow last summer
maybe that didn't help
my fault

Big hatch that is

Very common place soft spots, slight leaks around the hatch.  I did one on mine last year.  Remove the hatch, clean out any rotten wood, add some wood rot hardner and 2 part wood filler. The important bit is to make sure the hatch is cleaned and resealed correctly. Good luck

I sealed the big hatch and will do same for the other two
