12V plugs not working

I have a 2000 27 fiesta V.  My all my 12 V plugs stopped working.  Interior 12 v lights work as well as gauges and GPS.  I checked the breakers under the helm and all are OK.  Is there another breaker or fuse somewhere?

My 12V socket in the cabin is on a breaker in the panel.  I think the cockpit 12v socket has its own in the helm.  I'd check those.
