AC accessory

So I'm installing a second fridge on my 2007 270. I am going to add a breaker to the ac panel. There is a blank left. When I pulled the ac panel, there is no access to back of panel as all molex ports are taken. My thoughts are to drill through back of panel and put a romex strain relief any other ideas? The back panel comes off with a few screws.
