Latch on head door

The latch on our head door is broken and the door is locked shut.  Anyone have any idea of how to get it open.  We have tried the credit card trick using a putty knife.  We have tried prying open with a number of things.  The last thing we tried was to take out all the screws on the door frame to remove but it appears to be glued as well.

    I have never heard of this problem before. Is your hatch window unlocked by chance?

    If I remember right there was a little hole in the door lock area.  I've had it happen and stuck like a paperclip in to open it.
