Removing fridge

Hi,

 

I have a 1999 Rinker Fiesta Vee with a DE-390D fridge.    Where are the screws holding the berth fridge in?

I just removed one last weekend. Under the bed you will see a box that the fridge sets in. The back of the box comes off by means of Philips head screws. Once the back is removed there are 2 metal tracks the fridge sits on, you should be able to see a couple more screws in the track, remove those and fridge will slide out with a little force. I hope this helps.

I am sure you may have looked at the trim already but mine are in the trim and hard to see as they are the same color.

Hi thanks for your response.  I've check the front fram and there are no screws.

Which model boat do you have 320, 330, 340....  Is your fridge located under the front bed.

1999 Rinker Fiesta Vee 342 and yes the fridge is located under the front bed.

Yes I saw the screws on the box last night and was wondering   It was next thing I was going to try.  Thanks for the response and will let you know.

Hello Guys.. I'm new to the forum. I had a power surge to the boat when I started my generator and my fridge stop working after that. Any suggestions on what the problem is?

  I have a 2000 340 FV.  My fridge is under the front berth.  Mine must be removed in a similar fashion.  I have no screws in the trim as you describe.  Where is the "box" you are a referring to?  When I lift up the mattress all I have a storage compartment that is located a little forward of the fridge.  A picture would be really helpful if it isn't too much trouble.  Thanks!

I thought 2002 was the first year the 342 was made.  Perhaps you mean a 340?
