@jme097, it has been plaguing me for a while now. Now that I have been thinking about it, I exchanged 2 perfectly good Group 31 AGM batteries because I didn't think that they were holding a charge. Here I find out that they weren't getting a good charge.

is there a deal to be had on some old batteries? Also @cableguygreg I don't recall seeing anything like that...where would they be located?? Dang, I thought I knew more most of the gremlins are hiding by now...
Cableguy Not to be nasty or negative but if you had used a hydrometer to check all the cells in your house batteries you would have find that they where good, voltmeter only read all the cells together you could read 12.6 volts and still have a bad cell, but it would not hold the charge. Now have a good time with your Rinker.
After a day out on the water, my batteries performed well. They were charging while underway and the battery charger was able to charge them when back on shore power. I wouldn't have suspected a breaker going bad, but it can happen.

@rasbury, here is a picture of a 270 panel. The two breakers that are white under the charger label are what I had to replace. They are just a different style.
