Lost lights on 97 232

so I was out enjoying my new to me 97 232 and suddenly things started shutting down.  I figured it was just my batteries dying and I was having a issue with the blower (loud) and also had the tunes going.  I got it back to shore so that's the main thing.  Anyway, dash gauges still work, but my cockpit lights, dash lights and Nav lights all still don't work.  Also my switch for the Bidlge pump on the dash doesn't tell the Bidlge to come on, but the float switch does. I have reset all the little breakers but still no dice.  Is there a fuse bank somewhere I can check?  I am figuring these things must be on the same circuit.  Any suggestions on where to look for fuses or a location of a bank would be amazing right now.
