Bilge water

We have a 2003 250 Fiesta Vee. Can someone tell me how many bilge pumps it has and where they discharge (what thru hull locations)? Im getting a release of water from the rear port side rear and cant fig out where its originating from.

Hi, there are two. On rear under the engine and one in the mid berth, under the step into the cabin. The bilge in the plastic box is the bilge for shower though out.

Do you have any tips for us. Our 250 from 2004 is not in level, it leans to the rear starboard. But it is dry in engine room and we cant see any water. The water and toilet tank is empty so no effect from them
