Kholer 5 k Switch on or Off?

Have a 342 The starting battery near the hot water tank starts the generator and gets only charged by generator.Is it best to flip white toggle off and the red switch also when not in use or it doesnt matter tks. Again

    Battery's will get charged by all 3.motors though the isolator. Shore power though the charger . or generator though the charger.the white toggle is spring loaded,you can use that to shut it off or the one on the breaker panel.The red one is the main power source and you can leave that on all the time,it will not draw power when off.
