2007 Rinker Captiva 226 - No power after battery hook-up

I am getting my boat ready for the summer! I installed a new battery, checked all of the connections to ensure they were correct, checked the emergency switch for the on position, made sure the drive was in the neutral position and still no power? The blower works, the lights all work, the radio does not, the horn doesn't work and no ignition power of any kind?
I checked all of the fuses in the engine compartment, all good. Still no power? Are there fuses somewhere I should be checking?
