2011 31 EC fender holders , what is the best location on bow

I have 9x22 fenders and would like to mount fender holders on the bow. Due to design of bow and rail , there DOS not seem to be enough height inside the rail to mount them. I would prefer to mount on inside of rail. I would like to know what type of fender holder is recommended for my boat and where is best place to mount them.

Taylor made makes a good fender holder. I installed mine on the outside of the bow rail and never had a problem.
