How to Repair Headliner 310 Fiesta Vee

I have a 2000 310 Fiesta Vee and the headline in the cabin broke free of the velcro and it won't stay up anymore. Does anyone know how to make it secure again? I tried some adhesive caulk and it did NOTHING! Dried up and it all just fell again. The picture I Included doesn't show the part that's sagging but it's that headliner.

You need 3M spray adhesive for foam. Peel it back, spray both sides and press back together.
