Remove boat wax from cushions

Anyone know what will get wax off of white vinyl cushions?  I have tried:
goof off
bleach
vinyl cleaner
windex
steam
cleaner
mr clean magic eraser

nothing has even put a dent in it.

So owner of detail shop that did wax and bottom job came over today and says she fixed it: "I used bleach and a Magic eraser it was where the bottom Dust set I am sorry he was supposed to rinse after he sands the bottom". Never heard of bottom 'dust' causing a stain. I haven't been down to check yet.

If he sanded the bottom paint, that stuff goes Everywhere.  

MEK is good cleaner too.
