2006 Rinker 390 Cabin Lights

I replaced all my cabin lights with LED's. Since the housing is sealed closed I had to replace the entire light rather than the bulb. The problem I have now is that the lights are just too **** bright. There is only one other option that is a warm light which really is not that different as far as brightness. Has anyone found better lower light replacements or is my only option a dimmer? Any suggestions are appreciated.

hmmm....One of my dock neighbors has the exact same boat and we replaced his with G4 LED bulbs.  Unless somehow yours are different, you should've only had to replace the bulbs.  As a matter of fact, we've done it across the 2006 390, 2007 400, and my 2008 400 (all the same light fixtures).  & previously on my 2002 310, the fixtures were the same.

OK that is great info, I appreciate it. I may have wasted a little money but that is not the end of the world. Can you talk me through how to get the cover off the light? It seems sealed, is it just a sharp knife under lip?

yes, sharp knife under the lip.  They are kind of pain, but after you get the first one then you will know.

A quality dimmer is definitely a good option.
