Need to replace Anchor and metal plate on Rinker 2005 FVEE 342

Can"t access bolts on the metal plate to replace the bent one. Lost the anchor and bent the metal plate. Any info on how to access the bolts to the plate other than from the top of the boat and the small hole in the berth. Not enough reach room to tighten and attach bolts.

Got to take off that whole panel in the front berth. Shelves off. Mirror is velcro. Speakers out to get to all the screws.

Is there a spin off access panel. On my 360 I have successfully used long breaker bars while someone threads the bolts from above.

Just curious, how did the anchor get lost and plate bent?

Liberty44140- We were on a small island that had a lot of debris anchor got stuck, we kept trying to get it unstuck. Ended up losing anchor and metal plate was bent.
