dissimilar metal question

I installed my lower shift cable and I question where it bolts up to the housing....looks like we have brass and aluminum contact...i don't recall any washers or anything to separate the metals, is this not an issue?

No issue both the same noble metal.no body is less noble but I'm on the boat drinking.

Wish I was...got the u joint bellows attached to the housing side and all heII broke lose- really bad lighting!

On both sides @Alswagg ? I would think to do any good it would be both sides...either side of the cable is in water so its not a gasket, but an isolator between the different metals?
