Ec 310 with Multiple Leaks, Windshiled screws, Fixed Skylight and Bow hatch, Class Action Law Suit

Hi All,

I have an EC310 2014 that I purchased new.

It now has 3 extensive leaks from the wind shield improperly installed. The Skylight caulk failed  and the Bomar hatch Caulk Failing. I have rot and extensive mold within my headliner.

I had a mold remediation company test and suggest how to remedy.

Rinker doesn't return my calls or my attorneys.

Anyone else have issues with leaks and wants to join in on a Class Action Law suit.

A class action law suit for a water leak on a 3 year old boat? Good luck with that one. Why not just fix the water leak and move on..... Just say'n...
