Tundra TJ22AC cockpit Fridge Fan

I noticed yesterday that my cockpit fridge was not cooling like it used to. Put some cold things in it over night along with some ice and it got down to 50F but no lower. So I took a look at the fan and condenser and the fan is not spinning so the condenser is pretty darn hot! I shut it down. Should the fan always be running when the condenser is running (I can hear the condenser is on). I assume I just need a new fan, any idea where to buy?

The fan runs constantly when the thermostat calls for the compressor to run.

I think I found it online, since I am at the boat I am going to pull the old one and confirm part numbers.

So I pulled the fridge and when I tapped the fan blades it came on. Will still order a new one but was surprised it started. Of course it looks like one lower screw is covered by the compressor and will be a bugger!

That is one way to start the motor when its going bad.

The new dometic fridge I just installed does not have a fan. Just a large coil.

Replaced the fan last night, now getting back down to 34 as it used to. Beer is nice and cold!!!
