Welcome to the forum! It should have a shore power switch on the panel in the cabin. When that is turned on and hooked to shore power you need to turn on the battery charger switch on the same panel. You can use a meter directly at the batteries to make sure they are charging.
And some older models used push-in circuit breakers in lieu of switches, one labeled AC Power and another labeled Battery Charger. The AC Power one is located next to a reverse polarity light, to tell you if your source is wired right. Generally you can hear the humming sound from the charger when it is "on".
