When doing bellows, seals etc to senders have to come off?

As the question asked, do you have to remove senders to do full drive service?   Should there me a labor cost to put new senders on?

    I know I'm leaking major oil from port side through transom.   Not sure where the problem is.

    Gimbal on starboard was replaced year and half ago and it is shot again.  I'm assuming bellow but I don't get water in.

    Haven't seen anything in the water.  Just dumps the whole reservoir tank into bilge via transom.
