Trim fluid leak - what would you do?

So my 2006 270 FV has what appears to be a minor leak in the trim and tilt unit. I don't use much trim but a few weeks ago I noticed it wouldn't trim up. Turns out the reservoir was very low. I added fluid and presto it worked fine. Fast forward three weeks or so and it is still working but needed more fluid when I looked at the reservoir. I see a slight oil slick near the outdrive when I dock in the slip and there is no leak evident in the engine compartment. My mechanic said that as long as the trim fluid isn't milky I can probably hold off and pull the boat for the season as planned in a few weeks. Heading down there tomorrow to check on the leak. Thoughts? I am torn here. Might just get a Labor Day run in then pull it right after.
