Assuming it does not have plastic drives the price is fair for an asking price. Also prices out west do seem to be higher sometimes than in the East.

Yeah, I sold my 2002 310 (same boat, 3 years older than this one) back in 2012 for $55k and that even came with a lift and dinghy motor.
