320 Rinker FV. What are these for?
We have a 2006 320 FV and there are a couple of things I don't know what they are for. Perhaps someone can help.
First, there is a double set of breakers, under a water resistant receptacle cover in the Port side cockpit just in front of the Aft bench seat. No idea what they run? I thought it was a receptacle 'til I lifted the cover last weekend...surprise!
Second, under each of the gas caps (Port and Starboard stern) there are fill tubes covered with black rubber Perko flaps, about 2" in diameter. I noticed that not all 320's have them, our engines have the enclosed cooling system with heat exchangers, if that makes a difference. Below is the best picture I've got.

Go Steelers!!!
The double set of breakers is a way to throw all AC power off for an emergency leaving the boat. (ie, fire or something wrong with AC).
Not sure what the rubber flaps are, but someone will chime in.

Maybe rod holders? The Perko "flap" makes me think this may be the case.
