it runs from the front wall of the engine bay and runs to each engine. Is has 4 valves. From starboard, the valves are open closed open open.

That is a fuel system, the part above the spin on fuel filter is the fuel pump. looks like you have an extra small inline fuel filter installed also.

that would be the fuel from the tanks to the motors and generator. The valves are so you can run both engines from one thank or each engine from its corasponding fuel tank.

Valves from left(port) to right(Starboard) . genset port tank . Port motor port tank . Connection of tanks . Starboard motor starboard tank. Hope that helps.
