Was an my friend’s marina yesterday helping him winterize his boat and saw a woman pull in with this thing(bonus Rinker 320 in background):It has 30hp Evinrude, sweet stereo system, bimini, cup holders, fishing rod holders...

I've seen those at the boat show here.  Seen 1 on the water driven by the dealer who was trying to sell them.  I think Lake St. Clair gets a little too bumpy for these.  They look like fun for inland lakes.

Very cool! Is the lever in the middle for steering?

I like the wee little bimini.  But it doesn't have enough cup holders to be a Rinker.

Yes, lever in middle is for steering... that thing must haul a$$ with the 30hp Evinrude on it.

I saw one in the river this fall, with a couple people on it, looked unsafe. probably could buy a real boat for what it cost.

You could also buy a serious jet-ski for that money, but that's a different beast.  The CraigCat has reclined seats, a bimini, cup holders, and enough roll stability that you could use it as an all-day fishing platform.  

Maybe it's a niche product, but I bet it will develop a following.

yea I see them on the lakes around here- looks like if you hit a wake it would nose dive and go right over- looks pretty unsafe to me....
