Hate to tell you all but my experience over at Lido Key, Siesta Key, there was a lot of men wearing this "style" of suit...so if you go there , be prepared!

Seen it on a few beaches, and at a few rallies where someone is trying to make a point. But no, the streets of Ontario are not full of bare breasted women. But legally, tbwy could be.
