I just finished reading an article about a baby boy who was born without eye lids. A plastic surgeon was consulted and it was determined that they could use the baby's circumcised foreskin the create eye lids. The operation was successful, however, the doctors are somewhat concerned that the boy may always be a little bit c**k-eyed!
