I had a friend that did something like this - but it wasn't permanent. He had a two car garage with two separate doors. One of the doors one had two different sets of lower panels, one for over the winter and one for the rest of the year. The deal was his wife got to park in the other garage and he got to shovel the snow off his car...true boater!
