Well the hurricane cleanup continues on land and sea. I heard from locals that FEMA quit cutting checks until Congress approved a disaster bill (which just happened) so hopefully cleanup will get back on track.

FEMA has to pay contractors to clean that mess up? seems long ago and forgot in.
