Charging Battery?

Happy Father's Weekend everyone! Couple quick questions: 1) if you turn the battery switch to the "OFF" position will the battery charger still charging while plugged in at dock? 2) I broke one of the bungee snaps on the back of my salon cover where can I get a replacement? Thanks in advance for the help!

    Yes your batteries are charging as long the switch is on in the galley.  A marine canvas shop should have the part you need.

    In Off answer is yes but even though it's off your bilge pumps & Fridge will still be on.
