    They are lucky to be alive, c-phone or not the guy was not paying attention. Same as the highway. I think Monday, Young girl 16 was sledding about 4 miles from my house, down the big hill slid on to the hwy, a car ran over her and killed her, by a 20 year old girl on drugs. The 20 year old had been arrested for DUI a few months back.
