What is the best cleaning agent to apply to your Rinker vinyl during your spring recommissioning?

I love and use 3m vinyl cleaner / conditioner 
I use it year round

Most of the marine dealers in our area stock it. West Marine does also.

West Marine has it and Amazon sells it online. That is what I use as well.
