Any way to add Bluetooth to original clarion stereo -2006 270 FV?

I have the original clarion stereo in my 270 with upgraded speakers in the cockpit. It works fine and I pay for Sirius in the summer. I posted a while back about this but was unable to add Bluetooth. There are red and white jacks on the back of the stereo and I bought the inputs for them but when I plug in my phone into it all it does is play the stereo through the phone rather than the reverse. Is there any new technology that can add Bluetooth to this stereo? I want to keep the stock stereo and remotes so replacing the whole thing isn't my preference.

Ditto here.....when it comes to spending money on the boat, I'm just not into big bucks to make noise....we don't listen to tunes that much anyway.

Not as good as hooking into RCA inputs...but there is the FM transmitter type as well.

Cassiola - so you just plug this into an RCA Jack adapter?

What model Clarion do you have? My 2006 342 has the original Clarion and there are rca inputs on the back of it so I use a Bluetooth connector like cassiola posted, works great. But if your rca is output only for a sub or something it won’t work. Need to make sure it is an input for aux.

Yes, and the signal is good even if I have my phone at the helm.

I scratched my head for a while on this, then bought a £14 Tecknet bluetooth adapter, which works a treat. Plug it in at the 12v socket on the helm and tune the radio to 108FM. Twist the adapter to skip to next track. You can then still control volume and mute on the helm remote. Sound quality v good. Much easier than wiring stuff in. https://amzn.to/2KBMmjE
