Vinigar Engine Flush

Anyone ever do this to their engine's? Any side affects you can think of? I have a camco engine flush kit, I can easially fill the reservoir with vinagar, flush the engine and let it sit, then flush with fresh water. It's amazing the amount of salt/scale that is in the bottom of his pail. Check out this link.

I've used vinegar thru the toilet/head lines before (on old boat that used raw water).  I never thought about it for the AC, but that is a good idea.

I've heard that vinegar will dissolve Zebra Mussel shells.  We get the little buggers here.
