Anyone that has a 270 that is willing to make a railing template for a new member on here??

lol you're expecting an answer within 5 hours on a Friday afternoon? Are you retired or something? we were working or enjoying our afternoon!! I could do it, but have to concentrate on getting the bottom painted, shrinkwrap off, completing a masters degree in May and finding a new job, all at the same time

Be happy to, but unfortunately the wrap isn't coming off for at least another week or 10 days. Or more, the way the weather is going....

@J3ff - Fellow nerd here.  CS in 2002 coding ever since.

@Handymans342 - I prolly won't make it back to the boat until next weekend.  But I'm not clear on how to template the railing.  How do you get the right curve using cardboard?

So what you do is to make some 6 inch wide strips of cardboard and tape them under the railing and go over the top of the railing with tape to hit each side of the cardboard. Then trace the railing with a black marker on each side. You will probably need several pieces of cardboard taped together to match the railing curve. You follow me?
