Does 12v access plug, on my Captiva 246, stay hot regardless of key pos?

Does the 12 v accessory plug on my 08’ Captiva 246BR, stay powered up/ hot, regardless of key position? I am wanting to plug a Solar battery maintainer/charger in to maintain my batteries. Thanks.

It should stay hot. It's that way so you can charge phones and inflate rafts.

Yup stays hot I have a volt meter in it to let me know when the battery gets low.
