Can I change these bulb to LED lights if so which,also anyone know of a replacement light fitting for a 40mm cut out

That looks like an LED bulb.  

Check with @diggin2day1 I believe he makes some light fixtures for arches and I think they include the LED lights.

Are those for an arch? Those are definitely LED

Those are cabin lights. They look like they are already LED's.

Yes LED lights but only found out when I stripped them down, I need a replacement as one has failed, any help appreciated
