Trim tabs not working

Good morning fellow boaters. I have a 2003 250 Fiesta Vee. The outdrive raises and lowers but the trim tabs dont. Is there a  motor that operates the trim tabs seperate from the outdrive pump. Any help would be appreciated.

They are probably Lenco electric trim tabs.  Can you get to the back of the trim tab button pad?  Check for loose or damaged cables?

I can. Ok perfect. Thank you for a starting point. I agree, now that i follow wires etc, they must be electric. Would there be a fuse somewhere "hidden"?

There's probably a pop-out circuit breaker at the helm.

There's also a controller box inside the helm.  It's a black plastic box about 3"x4"x1".  Might be zip-tied to the steering rack.  Everything plugs into the controller box (button panel, 12-volt power, and two actuator cables).
