raw water pump location on a 260 express cruiser

I believe you have to remove the cool fuel module, or at least loosen it, to get to the impeller housing.

On a side node, what props are you running?

I take the idler pulley, belt and totally remove the fuel cool module. Might as well replace the fuel filter and water separator while you're doing it

Do you know if that motor came with a water separator or do you have to install a aftermarket??? I can't find anything that looks like a water separator???

The cool fuel module is the separator, basically, in place of the old spin-on type water separator.

It does not seem to be a great system 
Should I install another after market?????

It also has a low and high pressure pump as well as a fuel regulator.
