Wet aft cabin mattress in my 300

My 2005 300 FV is allowing rain water in the aft cabin and is getting the mattress wet. The boat has a brand new Ameritex enclosure on it. I have caulked around the captain seat mounts and everything else looks ok. The top lets some water in at the windsheild that ends up in the port lounge storage bin which has a drain going down to the bilge and the step down to the cabin which has a drain that goes out the side of the boat. The top lets water in at the zippers but the water seems to end up in the gunnel gutters and flow out the back of the boat. Does anybody know where else it might be coming in? Thanks, Marc
