Three wires to all round light?

Gonna change my old worn out all round light for a new LED and see that I have 3 wires running to it? From what Ive seen on the house wiring so far, gray is usually power and black is ground. My new light is just a two wire set up?

Doesn't it have 2 bulbs? One for nav and one for anchor?

Well, it should have 3 wires, one is for 360 anchoring, other is nav (as Handy stated).

Yeah, maybe. It does have two separate lenses. I suppose they might have wired it as two circuits with a common ground on the two switches. Maybe I'll just test the wires and see what powers what. But when I wire it I'll pull the two power feeds together so it runs on Nav or Anchor.

Yes 2 circuits one ground. Kinda like the bilge.
