I bought a 10' patio umbrella to have on the dock while hanging out ect..
I'm looking for some idea's to secure it so wind won't knock it over. I can't drill or really install anything on the dock.
Anybody have any idea's?

@Black_Diamond - Nothing to tie to...no pilings
@Willhound - I had your idea, but on the swim platform...but I want something that would cover more of the dock area.
Can you strap one of these to the edge of the dock?

You can secure it with some perforated strapping:

Just use a perforated strap to hold it in place, and then you slide the umbrella in and lock it down by screwing in the compression fitting.
