Cleaning vinyl canvas

Underside of black canvas on 2008 330 is a vinyl material. Cleaned it today with wash mitt and water, but stains of old mildew do not come out.  What's a good and safe cleaning product to remove mildew stains on vinylized canvas?

    I just went through this. MY canvas we actual canvas for the whole top and camper back. Sunbrella material. Not vinyl. If this is what you have try this. Actually recommended by Sunbrella. 1/4 cup of dawn, 1 cup bleach, 1 gallon of water and mix it together. Scrub with a hand brush , let it sit for about 10 minutes and then rinse out thoroughly. Mine had real bad mildew stains from my not letting it air out all the time and after 2 applications looks brand new again.
