@Handymans342 the florescent fixtures in the head are hideous. They had to go.
@gausa Handy is right that for the cabin lights and others, it's just a matter of replacing the bulbs. The fixtures I replaced in the head were fairly easy. There are 2 wires (12v plus and minus).
My boat had rope light made with incandescent bulbs. I replaced that with LED strip light.
The LED light bar is still much better than a light bulb or other HPS lamp. The halogen lamp is much better. The Led light bar is very different from the light bulb or other lighting. The life is longer and it is very durable. I am not only replacing my vessel with an LED light. In fact, I have changed many of my home lighting systems to LED light bars. You can choose multi-colored LED light bars that you can control at will. It's very cool.
Yes, my HPS lights have this trouble. Thank you for your suggestion.
Be careful replacing bulbs in anchor lights with LED bulbs. They are better now but some are not truly 360 degree. Most will state the angle of coverage. Early ones had gaps in the coverage.
To be on the safe side you can replace the entire fixture with an LED fixture or make sure the LED replacement bulb is labelled Coast Guard approved.
@gack I used a cheaper knock off from Five Oceans. Marked USCG approved but more cheaply made than the one shown by @Cableguy Greg. It is bright as all get out but I found the casing was pretty cheesy so I used the chrome case off my old Atwood. Paid about $18 but I think you bought a far superior light. The one I have is perfectly adequate for where I operate and I'm happy with it though.

I found an LED fixture on an RV site. Something like this might be good in the head: https://www.campingworld.com/inside-rv/indoor-lighting/led-lighting
