Dials, speedometers can the be fix or to buy new? also new steering wheels, any suggestions.

You can get replacement gauges that will work for your boat.  Faria is a fairly common replacement brand.  If your boat is 2002 or newer and has Merc engines you can look at switching to Vessel View (digital display).

Not sure on steering wheels, but you might want to check greatlakesskipper.com and see if anything comes up there.  They have tons of OEM Rinker parts.

I bought a complete set of gauges from Great Lakes skipper last year.  They came on a plastic panel and with a new wiring harness.  If i remember right it was somewhere around $600.  Not sure though.  The hardest part was splicing in the new wiring harness to the old one.  Seeing as how all of your gauges are not working i would first look at a wiring/ground issue.  The gauges all have a ground that is common, power for the back lighting and then control wires.  I still struggle with a couple of my gauges that don't want to consistently work and have thought about going all digital.

How old is your boat? You can consider Smartcraft gauges if you are going to replace. You plug the main gauge into the engine harness and then the other gauges just pigtail from one to the next. Really easy once the first system gauge is installed, and it gives you excellent diagnostics. Basically you are on a digital system.

Having the Boat in Dominican Republic and being Rinker NOT a popular brand here, is getting so difficult to deal with all this issues discovering this forum has being a great and faster way to start prepping the boat for summer outies.  thanks everyone
