Where do i buy strap to the cover?

Some of the strap that hold the cover start to broke. I Guess that the cover are Rinker original.
And how do I change it without braking the plastic cylinder?

Pry the back plate out with a screw driver. 20% chance that you’ll break it anyway. I removed all of mine to replace the bungee and I broke 20%. Ordered replacements from sailrite.com
