Discovered an encrypted message!

I've had the cockpit seat cushions detached a few times in the past for cleaning but it wasn't until I removed them today to access the little hole on there to pull some wires for my new stereo install that I noticed something. Do you see what I see?
Hint: look at it sideways and imagine a mirror image......

I'm thinking it's how they knew which base to use for which model at the factory? They could have just tagged them somehow, but instead chose to cut them out. I would think on some kind of punch or CNC machine.

    They have been doing that for years. I also had that on my old 232. I believe it serves a dual purpose, one is to let them know what model and the other is to let air circulate behind/thru the cushion. Good for when you sit down on it.

    My engine hatch had 232 cut out in it too.
