1995 Captiva 232 BR questions - side vent blower and rocker switches

Hi all,

Just picked up boat.  Noticed a blower/fan in storage locker in front of driver on starboard.  Is it a fresh air intake or exhaust?  Either way, it doesn't run when running bilge blower.  And there's not one of the port side.

Also, what do all the rocker switches do - most of the labeling has faded.  Some have multiple positions.  I found the generic Rinker manual online, but doesn't describe usage.

Switch covers are pretty cheep like 3 to 5 bucks each. Try googling other pic of your boat and may find a pic of the dash. Buy the  $2 tool to change them or makes it easier.
